The Team Behind E-Hub

Ivan Lionel Ebelle
He is a seasoned care worker and human rights advocate with expertise in healthcare, community development, and mental well-being. He currently works as a Specialist Support/Care Worker at Positive Care and Support Limited, where he provides personal care, assists with household tasks, and ensures a safe environment for patients. Previously, Ivan held similar roles in various organizations, including Servoca Nursing and Care and Tees Care. Beyond caregiving, Ivan has extensive experience in human rights advocacy, serving as an In-House Consultant and coordinating outreach programs. With a Bachelor of Science in Management and bilingual communication skills, he brings valuable insight to the E-Hub Foundation’s Board.

Gaston Ngochembo
He is an accomplished educator, entrepreneur, and mentor. He is working with De Montfort University, where he teaches Entrepreneurship and Ethical Leadership and project management module. He has a rich background in capacity building, having previously worked as a senior instructor at the University of Bamenda and head of the Agricultural Economics department at the Catholic University of Cameroon. Gaston is also deeply involved in supporting African entrepreneurs through programs like the Mastercard Foundation’s FAST program and consultancy work with Oxfam Novib. With a PhD in Agribusiness Project Management and various international qualifications, he brings invaluable expertise in entrepreneurship, business development, and mentorship to the E-Hub Foundation.

Bekebang Nicodemus
He is a dedicated professional specializing in poverty alleviation and emotional well-being for migrants. Currently completing his Social Care training at the University of Wolverhampton, he has influenced university policies to better support vulnerable migrants. With over 15 years of experience in social work, he has advocated for equitable access to resources, mental health services, and policies that reduce stigma. Nicodemus has worked with organizations like FairEducation and AgriDynamic to support vulnerable populations and improve their quality of life. As a trustee of the E-Hub Foundation, his expertise in community engagement and policy advocacy will contribute to its mission of supporting migrants and promoting emotional well-being.
